LAKE CHELAN BACH FEST INFORMATION 

MUSICIAN’S DINNER

You and your family are invited to a dinner given by the Board of Directors on Monday evening at 5:00 PM at Riverwalk Park.

SPECIAL RECEPTION

You and your family are invited to a reception given by the Board of Directors on Friday evening after the concert at the Catholic Church. 

BABY-SITTING

The festival cannot provide babysitting for your family.  Please do not bring small children to rehearsals/performances unless they are able to be part of the audience with appropriate conduct.  

DRESS FOR CONCERTS

FESTIVAL CONCERTS:   

Women:  black dresses, or black dress slacks and black shirt/blouse, black shoes.  Men:  black shirt, black tie, black dress slacks, black shoes/socks.

CHAMBER MUSIC CONCERTS/NOON CONCERT SERIES: 

Women:  Light dresses, or top & skirt or slacks.

Men:   Light dress shirts and slacks

CHORUS

Please remember to bring a black music folder in which to hold your music for performances.

PASSES/TICKETS FOR CONCERTS

Each performer will receive a pass for the week to get into the concerts without hassle.  These are non-transferable.  Family members/friends cannot use them.
